Nikki Davis
Nikki is a 4th generation Goshen County resident, a graduate of Torrington High, and attended Eastern Wyoming College. She has a farming and ranching background as her parents ran a successful ranch, feedlot, and farming operation. Nikki moved to Idaho where she met her husband who is now employed with the Torrington Police department. In 2007 they made the decision that Goshen County would be the ideal place to raise their son and they relocated back to this area.
For nearly twenty years, Nikki has worked in the residential industry. She worked in Building Department and learned the ins and outs of both the IBC (international building code), and UBC (Universal Building code), and City and State building codes and requirements. She was the primary superintendent for a general contractor, overseeing the scheduling, construction, and finish of nearly 50 homes in the Boise Valley of Idaho. Most recently, she worked for a national title and escrow office as a Title Officer, working with Realtors, Lenders, Sellers, and Buyers.
She was a 4-H club leader, started and ran a local riding club, is active in regional rodeo and hold memberships to many different equine or barrel racing associations. If its horse related, she’s interested.
